Do you offer spay/neuter services for other pets?
Unfortunately, no. We are only focused on the breed showing up the most in shelters at this point in time. This could change in the future. Our veterinary partners do offer affordable spay/neuter options. Please feel free to reach out and book an appointment at PetFix in Euclid, Great Life in Kent, AlterClinic in Canton, Community Vet in Brookpark.
What is included in this service?
Each veterinary clinic is a little different. But, in general we cover the surgery and will also cover a rabies shot, as this is required by law.
Is there a hold fee for an appointment?
Yes, there is a hold fee of $25-$30. This fee can be returned the day of the surgery as long as you show up as scheduled. If you miss your appointment, the fee is forfeited. You can use this fee for other needed services the day of the appointment, e.g. nail trims, shots, etc.
What is the wait time for an appointment?
Each veterinary clinic we work with has differing schedules. When we call you to discuss, we’ll let you know which option may work best for you. The typical wait time can be 2 weeks to 2 months.
