Loose Leash Walking

Taking your dog for a walk is typically the highlight of any dog’s day.  But if your dog is pulling you along, barking or lunging at other dogs, or simply all over the place, it can feel like a chore rather than an enjoyable activity. Loose Leash Walking

What you will need:

  • 6ft flat, non-retractable leash
  • Treat pouch & treats
  • Clicker
  • 15-20 minutes a day

Learning loose leash walking is a process and will require patience and practice from both you and your dog.  Training a new skill is also mental activity but it can be just as exhausting for your dog as a physical activity.  But getting started now can have your dog walking like a pro by spring!
